Give a lot of run around. Pay 2,000 down on a mobile home 3 weeks and still no mobile home. Lack of communication.

Hi Ricky, We are sorry you feel like this, as we have told the buyer Ms. Ruby that we are doing everything we can to help her with her situation. Please understand that the down payment was given several days prior to the holiday season. Unfortunately by law we need to get permits pulled from the county prior to moving the trailer to the location. We are working very closely and diligently with Ms. Ruby on this matter. I hope this information is helpful, if not please have the Buyer Ms. Ruby contact us and we can go over this information with her again
