Insurance fraud? Unprofessional and shady accounting. Double billed my dad for services over three months ago. Dad and I have contacted them numerous times, with employees saying his overpayment will be refunded in two weeks. This has occurred since the middle of September. The two employees we've spoke with continue to say "two more weeks" with absolutely no results. Contacting overseeing administration and state regulators because no refund of the double payment has happened for over three months. This is despite both employees admitting the company owes my dad the refund. Again, unprofessional and shady accounting. Plus wondering if this insurance fraud.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! Scam artists!!! They billed my insurance company, got PAID IN FULL, and then sent me a bill on top of it!! After multiple calls, it was supposedly taken care of..... only it JUST showed up on my credit report!!!! These people double bill and that is against the law!!!! They should be shut down for this!!!!!

Extremely dissatisfied with their billing procedures. They neglected to write down my apartment number with my address, and thus the only notice of a bill I received was a letter from a collection agency. No other attempts of notifying me were made by Cabell County EMS. Don't get me wrong; I will pay the bill, but their act of incompetency will discourage me from using their service in the future.
