  Absolutely fantastic- Let Me tell you, We were not looking forward to moving again, but their positive can-do attitude combined with prompt timeliness, swift & safe "worry-free" ability, and herculean skills made our day... thank you so much for the productive & good vibe gentlemen our family couldn't have asked for a better experience! Start to finish all was ideal. Quote was clear, fair and accurate, communication was seemless and professional, the professional movers (I regret not getting their names) were phenomenal in ability, tact, safe responsible transport+ large vehicle maneuvering #impressed. We have utilized Carney's Full Service Movers twice, once a house move based on reviews, another a multi-level unit. 0, I repeat 0 complaints... both times. Carney's has a solid crew & they know how to do their job well. We solely recommend them to others with confidence.

  The owner of this company is very rude and unprofessional. He accused me wanting to abuse his workers for asking them to work and move my household on a Sunday. Lots of people work on Sundays, it is a fair question to ask. I will find another company and be sure my real estate agent who referred me to this company knows of their terrible customer service.

  This is not how the conversation went. She didn't want to pay time and half rate for a Sunday, which by law I am required to do to follow the tariff filed with the Nevada Transportation Authority. I understand she didn't want to pay time and a half but I have to treat my employees fairly. Read all the other reviews. I care about my clients, my staff and my community. I am sorry Lauren that we were not able to assist you. Just because you I cannot break the rules doesn't mean I have bad customer service. I had three people in my office listening to the conversation on speaker phone and they couldn't believe when you asked "why can't you just make them take a different day off and work Sunday?" If you would like to discuss this, I am happy to meet with you and resolve this. I am a good human who has served my country honorably, and also have served my employees. I will continue to do so. I'd like to add that I never accused you of wanting to abuse my employees. I never felt like you said that. I said, I cannot abuse my employees. Which if I didnt pay them properly i would be doing.

  My husband and I have nothing but praise for this company, they were extremely professional. If you have plans on moving we highly recommend.
