  We recently rented a 26 foot box truck . The first truck had some problems. We had to come to the sparks location are truck was already loaded with three 8 foot pallets .one of the mechanics there named Terry went above and beyond helping us transfer the pallets on to another truck that was no easy task . I would like to thank Terry again for such an amazing job and being very friendly and helpful to getting our job accomplished. It wouldn't have happened without his help.

  This truck has so many safety issues. Worst experience ever. Rented us a truck and car hauler that should never have been rented. We didn't notice ALL of the issues until we loaded and were ready to get on the road. Tire on car hauler had to be replaced due to tread worn and chord showing. Huge crack in windshield. Front corner of box truck over driver side was completely cracked through. They had to patch it. If we didn't discover the huge hole, all of our furniture and valuables would have been ruined by inclement weather. Back end is dented in and scratches down both sides. The truck was not topped off with fuel or DEF.

  One of your workers is very unprofessional he was arguing on the phone very loud he was a white male with ginger hair saying the N word more then once and over the phone said I’m going to put you on speaker don’t cuss I’m about to enter the clients apartment the truck license plate your employee was in yesterday afternoon is 2957PK please fire him or have a talk with him about proper work etiquette!
