  I recently contracted with Charlotte Van & Storage for a local move and had a fantastic experience. All aspects of the process....the initial walk-thru, price & quote process, courteous and polite movers (I actually enjoyed speaking with them during the move!) and the moving process as a whole was seamless and professional. The entire Watson family was great and their employees were friendly and helpful. I would gladly recommend Charlotte Van & Storage to my family, friends and anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

  From the beginning of my move process from Virginia through to the end to North Carolina, Charlotte Van & Storage staff were extremely responsive and thorough in explaining and answering all my questions about my move. When I was ready to have my belongings delivered, after six months in storage, I was surprised at how quickly they could schedule the delivery to my new home. The movers did an excellent job of delivering all boxes and furniture. No furniture was damaged and all boxes arrived. They quickly assembled what needed assembling, and placed everything where I had asked. And, I just had the walls of my new home painted prior to arriving in my new home and the movers didn't mark or scratch any area. I was very impressed by the quality of the move and the helpful, professionalism manner of everyone I interacted with at Charlotte Van & Storage. I will definitely use them again for my next move!

  Our moving experience with Charlotte Van & Storage was an absolute tragic nightmare resulting in loss of irreplaceable possessions, and a final total cost significantly higher than the initial quote. I have never experienced such heinous customer service. The same Manager that impressed upon us we would have a smooth experience in our initial meet cursed at me on the phone multiple times, hung up on me and refused to acknowledge any accountability for our awful experience. In addition to broken furniture, destroyed possessions, damaged walls, the moving truck broke down in our neighborhood for hours. Please do yourself a favor and pick ANY other moving company.
