  During a pandemic and while the governor has required that masks be worn indoors I saw multiple people, employees and customers, not wearing masks. The only one wearing a mask was the guy helping us.

  Mr. Harris I understand your frustration during this pandemic and while new state and federal regulations are being implemented daily. Cheat Lake Storage employees wear masks indoors when face to face interaction with customers is required and we also have a protective barrier on the front counter between employees and customers.   A very small U-Haul place with some nice people. They had some issues with the vehicle and tow but I made things better. Nice people but could use some work on being more organized.
