Very easy rental, hassle free. I reserved it online and picked it up the next morning. They have many different sizes to choose from . They even have puck-ups, vans,and passenger cars. They are great people. When you go into check in you've got to meet the cat that runs the office.

They’re cat people! Isn’t that enough said? If not, the customer service was excellent. You can even call and they’ll actually answer the phone! The guy there helped me decide which plastic bag I should get for my mattress. I used the pictured mattress bag to wrap the foam mattress I was returning. Wrapped it, taped the open edges, rigged a shop-vac in the corner and compressed it enough to get it back in the box. No small feat for sure. Should have about 20 strapping lads to do, but manageable with two people. The bag held up just fine.

My bike was having some issues so we went to the nearest uhaul place on our way back home, found this one because it was still open. They did not have anything I could use, but the manager (I think) stayed open for me and was trying to help us find a different uhaul place that had a trailer. Her husband brought us a part for a temporary fix on the bike and I was able fo get home. Very, very nice people.
