Clark's Moving was excellent every step of the way. Albert and Bob provide expert long distance moving services. They are the experienced team anybody would want transporting their antiques and specialty items cross country. Communication was consistent, I received detailed photos of my furniture before and after packing, notification upon arrival, and all delivery windows were met as promised. Couldn't have asked for a better team, use Clark's if you're looking for a top notch job

After several conversations talking with the shipper and confirming my address for pickup, date and time with days in advance and even that same morning, at the time of pick up they called me and said they couldn't make it "all the way to my address in Brooklyn and they needed to cancel". They gave me no alternatives or apologies. They hang up on me several times and didn't pick up the phone. They were terribly rude and unprofessional. I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option! UPDATE: They answered the review saying it was a mistake on the address even though they had the ZIPCODE. I can accept the confusion. I don't accept the rudeness, the cancellation on the eleventh hour, hanging the phone on me and being absolutely unapologetic and NOT HELPFUL. Just not the type of people that you want to hire.

This was an issue regarding a small shipment booked through Uship. The address provided to us was misrepresented as being in northern Manhattan rather than Brooklyn. We attempted to clarify the situation with Uship as we are a highly rated carrier on their platform. An acknowledgement of the error was made.

The guys at clark's moving did a great job handling my apartment move in january. They gave me some free boxes so I could pack up my belongings, showed up as they said they would and moved everything without a hitch. I paid in the end of the move was exactly what I was quoted so all in all I could not ask for any more.
