  I have used ClimaStor for my small business for many years, and have had nothing but positive and friendly interactions with all of the staff. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a safe and secure storage facility for any and all needs!

  I am a 15 year customer of ClimaStor Perkins road. It has felt like a second home over the years. At times I've had more than one unit at this site. Many of my colleagues have had units here as well over the years. Service is outstanding, we comfortably and safely receive very important packages here. The facility is clean, safe, and very well managed. I absolutely recommend this location

  Extremely unprofessional staff and facility. I have been mislead when opening an account and requesting a unit with 24/7 access. The unit rented to us was limited access. The staff does not answer the phone nor emergency number. I had to reach them on Facebook messenger in order to get a response from staff. Ridiculous I would never recommend them. james h Jenkins iii should be ashamed of himself and his staff. I tried to file a BBB complaint and discovered the Secretary of State report is inactive. The business isn’t even in good standing.

  Tanya Holliday and Danielle, we are sorry you are dissatisfied with your experience with our service and staff. When renting the unit to you back in June 2019, we did our best to clearly explain that our interior Climate Controlled units have limited access hours from 7am-10pm and only the outdoor boat/rv units are 24/7. This information is also reinforced by the large signs on all our entrances and on our website. I am sorry that you were unable to reach our staff on Janurary 1, 2020 during the holiday. We were not staffed in the office on this holiday, and your call on the afterhours phone number sadly wasn’t received. I had the afterhours phone with me that day and successfully assisted a pleasant customer from the same location 2 hours prior to you having access issues. There were no missed calls on the phone, so I can’t explain why your call was not received. However, I’m glad you were resourceful and reached out to our facebook page, as I was able to immediately respond to your needs within the same hour. Our business is in fact still in good standing with the Secretary of State, with our annual report last filed October 2019. You may have looked up an old entity name. Lastly, I am very proud of our staff and the customer service they provide, as the positive feedback we receive daily greatly outweighs the negative. To prove our dedication to our customer service, we are offering you a 100% refund for what you have spent at our company since you moved in June 2019.
