I would give zero stars if I could. We rented a U-Haul truck from a different location in another state, that we live in, and was advised that we could drop off the truck at a location closest to our destination. This location was the closest, so we did as we were supposed to and with it being a Saturday, left the truck and keys as instructed and checked it in online, also as we were instructed to do. Monday morning comes around and our bank account is hit with an additional $189 charge. This is outrageous and unacceptable. We are fighting the charge and I will update with the outcome. As for now, I would not recommend this place to anyone

We at Community Storage strive to offer excellent customer service and I am very sorry you had a bad experience with U-Haul. The location you rented the truck from processed the contract as a local rental, which means you must return it back to the location you picked it up from. I contacted the person listed on the contract to give him the option to return the truck back to the location where he rented it, which he declined. I then advised the customer of the charges that U-Haul requires when changing a local rental to a one-way rental. We hope that U-Haul is able to resolve this issue for you.

I Love leasing space from the folks at Community Storage King George! The team there are so helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The really put pride into their properties all while making sure the tenant remains happy. They are very friendly and Family oriented and some of the easiest people to talk too. And the respect they give to their military and Government tenants is some of the best I've ever seen.
