  The attendant was friendly, helpful and most importantly quick. Was in and out in the flash. I initiated the rental online. Then completed it in person. My paperwork was waiting for me already printed out. This might sound like a slight embellishment, but it is the truth I promise you..... When renting a unit like I did (starting online, finishing in person.... ) From the time I arrived at compass (on nine Mile road) I was pulling thru the gates complete in under 5 real minutes!!!! That's incredible and the attendant guided us to the unit and made sure it was clean before we took occupancy. They really got it down!!!!

  My unit was broken into and I lost several thousand in tools. Multiple units have been broken into this week. They have no plan to stop the thief. It was extremely easy for them to gain access to the property and units. When I asked the property manager why they don’t have cameras, he said they were too expensive. Don’t store anything of value here.
