  We hired this company to move our stuff from Camas, WA to our new home in Hayfield, MN. Soon after moving we discovered that their employees cut open a frame and stole an autographed Jersey given to me by father who had recently passed away. They wrapped the frame for transport and to hide the evidence. When we called to bring it to their attention they deflected responsibility saying they hired temporary help due to it being the busy season. I’m sure there are many other moving companies with more integrity than Crown.

  These guys did a great job loading and unloading, but the administrative side of things messed up my preferred delivery date from what I had told the sales guy. Turns out it took SEVEN days to get my furniture from Portland to San Francisco.... WAY too long in my opinion, and no one would even apologize. Just said that was their "delivery window" and the way it was. That may be, but in my humble opinion, 7 days for 600 miles is excessive.
