I almost fell going inside . They need to salt and sand the ground after it snow . There was black ice everywhere.

My storage unit was broken into as well as other units in the building. my motorcycle and other very personal belongings had been taken. I got the call on Jan 13th, 2022 . My unit was on the 4th floor level in a "secured building". This must be something that happens frequently since when i went to pick up the keys for the new lock maintenance put on for me, the lady in the office with me said the same thing happened to her a few months ago here. Staff does not care. The regular elevators in the building had all been shut down and not working pretty much since ive had the unit for 1.5 years. So I would have to walk up 4 flights of stairs and or use the freight elevator if it wasn't in use which was very inconvenient especially being pregnant and having asthma.

This facility is not secure. My unit was broken into twice in the past month. You think after the first time, they would have taken proper measurements to prevent this from happening again.
