Virtually zero communications from planner / scheduler unless it was wrong! Delivery guys though were great. “5” for them, “-1” for communications.

I received a call as the truck was leaving and they arrived exactly on time. They quickly found the best and easiest way to bring the mattress into my house. They expanded by bed frame for me and were very gracious and respectful. They were delightful young gentlemen. Both were fun and funny. I enjoyed them and the service they provided. I would highly recommend them and their company.

The dispatcher was unfriendly and cold, borderline rude, over the phone. One of my items arrived damaged. On the other hand, the delivery guys were courteous and very helpful. They did their best to keep my carpet clean. They should have had one more person to help with handling my king-sized mattress
