  "Tldr: This company bails on you, avoid it if you have a schedule to keep. Made appointment for Saturday morning, was told the day before that my appointment showed up as an afternoon appointment around 2pm, and I should get a call 2 hrs ahead. Today I patiently waited till 1pm before I called Mantles when I didn't get the 2hr ahead phone call. It went to the answering machine 3 times, so I left a message. I tried again at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 6pm respectively. No one has answered the calls and no one bothered calling back. So they've completely bailed on me and I'm screwed and needs to find a new mover in 2 days time. AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL AND SAY "WE CANT COME". BTW, I made the appoint 1 month before the move date. Avoid this company if you have a deadline to keep and value your time over....well, anything. Would give negative if I could. First time feeling the anger high enough to post."
