  This company damaged every piece of furniture we own in some way. We were overcharged. Inexperienced driver crashed the truck on our property. Showed up alone , per the owners instructions. If they are alone the owners will help unload. This is a daily occurrence. . Literally had the sheriff and tow truck driver at the house all day. No discounts given. And refused to allow us to even look at our property until we paid him. Do not use this company. The owner is a horrible human being.

  We went through a moving broker to move out of state and ended up with Deluxe moving as the company who would move our stuff. Our pick up date was June 16th, I did not receive a bill of lading for everything they loaded on the truck, and our delivery date was supposed to be June 19th. It is now the 23rd of September and our family still does not have our household goods. We received a phone call from a different transportation company telling us our stuff was going to be delivered on Thursday afternoon and our remaining balance to pay before they unload our stuff. That phone call was 2 weeks ago and we still haven't received our household goods delivery. I tried to call the number of the guy who called about my delivery but he never answered his phone. Over the past few months I have tried to call Deluxe and he never answers his phone or return voicemail. The office number is always busy. At this point I would expect my delivery to be free and be reimbursed for everything I have had to repurchase so my kids have clothes to wear and beds to sleep in. I will be contacting an attorney about legal action.

  My furniture was delivered late. Driver was rude came by himself and dropped my furniture off on a main street and had my teenage son use the dolly to carry our furniture to the home. Driver tried to charge me an additional fee to bring my furniture up the upstairs. I had all kind of scratches on my furniture. A horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to use them.
