I worked with Steve Eschbacher to get a quote for a cross-country move, and out of all of the movers I dealt with (about 6-7 in all) he was by far the easiest to work with. He's fast, detail-oriented, and incredibly professional--a serious pro. He also gave me the lowest quote. I went with another company because the move manager I ended up hiring preferred not to work with a company she didn't have a prior relationship with, but I would have chosen Liberty otherwise. If you work with this company, definitely ask for Steve--he's great at his job.

I needed to move from San Francisco to Chicago with 1 month of storage in between, and was recommended Liberty Moving by a family friend. I had a completely seamless and stress-free experience with them. The quote Liberty gave me was far lower than what other moving companies were offering me. The moving agents I worked with, Lucy Cuffaro and Ashley Hernandez, were INCREDIBLE - I really felt that they went above and beyond for me. They were very patient and polite, and made themselves available to walk me through the process and answer all the questions I had. Both the pickup crew and the delivery crew were also great - showed up on time, packed my belongings very carefully, and were very thorough and efficient. All my things arrived in perfect condition. I had a great experience with Liberty and would gladly use them to move in the future.

My items were stored and moved by Liberty Movers and a bunch of my items were damaged by water, mold, and just pure carelessness. I’ve left about 10 voicemails for Liberty over the last two weeks and have not heard back about what to do about my damaged items. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
