  Overall service is decent. I ended up with them by using a broker. I did a long-distance move so the logistics were a little cumbersome but we managed. There is no way to pay via credit card for the last 3rd of the move (delivery). Also the broker needs a better way to estimate your actual moving expenses because mine actually doubled. I was prepared but it shouldn't be that far off. Their competitors actually do a video call when they can't come in person. I recommend this for them to improve overall experience & service.

  We hired their moving service for our 2 bed apt to single home move. Overall service was ok. I felt they were at the higher end of pricing compared to all other estimates we got but still went with them relying on the online reviews and the continuous follow-ups their sales rep Maria did. On the D-day, the moving team arrived on time. They were definitely very fast at their work, very hard working and hardly wasted any time in between. However few things that I noticed they could have done better. They absolutely had zero protections for my walls and floors both at my apartment and single home ( just had few blankets laid on the floor which hardly was useful). I had talked to Maria n the moving team too and they said there won't be any damage to either of those but that was not true. 1) While packing furnitures, beds etc they were little rough with our floors in our apartment which ended up with few scratches on the floor 2) I had asked a number of times for them to be careful especially my single home and they assured me they will. But while moving, they ended up creating a small dent on my wall and again few scratches on my floor. When i complained about that to the main lead he responded saying they try their best but could end up with such issues. I don't think that's a good excuse since I'm the one paying the price for it After the moving was done, there was no follow-up whatsoever to even check how the moving went and any feedback. I would expect at the price we paid they would have done a better job protecting my walls n floors. Now i will have to call someone to fix it that too at my new home. That's why the 3 star review. I might probably not recommend them since there are movers offering better/same service at much better rate

  Professionalism mixed with excellent value. They had the lowest quote of the 3 places I interviewed. The Eastland Movers team was timely, informative, engaging, and extremely hardworking. Handled their job with care and professionalism. 100% recommend and would use again.
