Where do I begin?! Getting my order from them has been a COMPLETE nightmare! They’ve had half of my cabinet order for WEEKS! Lowe’s keept saying they should’ve called they should’ve called. No one called. They finally call weeks later and the girl says she JUST received the paperwork (yeah sure!) and also mentions how far out we live multiple times. Didn’t think much of it. We get it scheduled. The day of delivery, their truck supposedly breaks down. Sure! They reschedule. Driver calls to tell me he’s on his way and has a question about my address. They have the incorrect address. I give them the correct one and the same girl calls back and says the address should have been confirmed when the delivery was scheduled. She didn’t! She says because we live SO FAR OUT THERE the driver will be late to all his other deliveries and they can’t deliver to a different address than what they have on file. This place is a JOKE! Before you order your cabinets from Lowe’s, MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY WILL NOT BE DELIVERING THEM!!!!

Have been waiting almost a month for delivery of furniture I ordered. EDC has the furniture in their possession from ZGallerie but cannot deliver due to no drivers. They can’t give an ETA…. Already paid for the furniture with no line of sight or plan for delivery.

I ordered a mattress from Costco and EDC Moving did the delivery. Amos and Leon did a great job. They were very courteous, efficient, and friendly. They gave us a 4 hour window and arrived during the second hour. Great job!
