  We are a custom furniture manufacturer who moves, packs, stores, and assembles dozens of heavy, delicate, and complicated pieces every year. El Sol has been a primary source for all things logistics for several years. They are consistently careful, courteous, on time, and professional. Their low turnover tells me they treat their employees well too, which is important to me. On the rare occasion they make a mistake, they make it right. What more could you want?

  I used El Sol 3 times, and always found their service to be excellent. BUT..... On the final time, when they removed my washing machine, they forgot to properly close the water supply valve, resulting in $10k of damage to floors, ceiling & furniture. That wouldn't have been a problem. Accidents happen. But their response definitely was a problem, & you should watch out for these guys, or better still never use them. Their response was simply to deny everything & throw lawyers at it, sued as i was being, by the owner of the new house. They will bury you in legal fees until, as i did, have to accept 50% payment, which, by the time i paid off my own legal costs, left me in the same -$10k position as if id of paid it all myself Lying, unscrupulous, unethical, unprofessional Wolf in sheep's clothing. Avoid at all costs
