  I wish this company had been around the first time they really needed it. We’re getting ready to work on our garage and of course need to empty things out and get them sorted and done way or sold or or just organized. I talk to The company on Sunday yesterday and this morning I’ve got one of their units sitting in my driveway. Now comes the hard part doing the work but this container will make that so much easier. Nelson delivered it and placed it exactly where I needed it. Everyone at this company has been personable and helpful. Much appreciation for this locally owned company.

  I rented a storage unit that was in my driveway while I renovated my garage. We live on a steep, curvy hill. Delivery was easy. Things went perfect with UNITS. The unit was clean and in good working order. I got awesome service from everyone I interacted with on email, over the phone, and in person. All around, high marks for responsiveness, friendliness, and doing what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Specific thanks to Belinda, Charlie, and Tanner. Highly recommend.

  We had such a great experience with Units this past week. We noticed something that looked off in the pod when we started to pack. I notified them and they quickly responded and had the unit swapped within a couple hours. We couldn't ask for a better customer service experience.
