I was traveling down from Maine hauling my race car trailer. We broke a spring on the highway and popped 2 tires. Ellis auto service towing and recovery came out loaded my trailer on the flatbed and treated me great. As much as breaking down sucked meeting the people at Ellis was worth it. I again can't stress the fact of how nice everyone was

Waited over two hours for a changed tire then called to be told they didnt know anything about it. Called roadside assistance back for them to call and was told they recieved it but was to busy. Really took 2 hours to let me know Thanks and God Bless
