We were able to get the exactly vehicle that was needed. Was also very easy to extended our rental last minute, when our repaired vehicle wasnt ready yet! Everything was just a phone call away. Always getting a warm response with any questions ask. Thank you for another awesome experience with our rental. Will definitely be using Enterprise Truck Center for all our rental needs in future! Great experience as usual and we are Thankful during our time of need being taken care of with respect and effectiveness!

I had a reservation for a cargo van for a 4pm pick up. Their hours are listed as being open until 5pm. I called to confirm that I would pick up the van at 4pm. I arrived at 4pm and THEY WERE CLOSED! I talked to some of the mechanics who were still working and they informed me that the rental office personnel went home and apparently they close at 4pm. The mechanics were nice and did their best to help. I rented this van to transport four undersocialized dogs from a local shelter to Atlanta tonight for a flight to Utah so they can go to a sanctuary for behavioral rehabilitation, and not be euthanized. Now I’m scrambling to find a suitable vehicle. If I can’t, I will have to cancel the flight and the additional transport arrangements for when they land in Utah. I can’t believe this. List your hours correctly. Tell your customer who has a 4pm reservation you CLOSE AT 4pm. Unbelievable.
