  Every experience going here for order pickups has been positive. The employees at the front reception area are welcoming and friendly. The people to pull orders in the warehouse area are prompt and efficient. No matter the quantity or size of your pickup you still get the same amount of courteous professional friendly attention.

  I ordered a road armour bumber for my truck. The box was completely destroyed. When we opened the box we realized the powder coat had been worn off the top edge. After further review we noticed there were chips in the bottom where the box was possibly dropped. I didn't know I could refuse the delivery at the time so I signed for it and the driver called the claim in. That was over a month ago and still haven't heard word back.

  Late to deliver. Due Monday (I took the day off work), no show. Called and rescheduled for Wednesday (taking another day off work), they attempted delivery Tuesday when I had told them that noone would be there to receive it. I called again. They showed up Wednesday late in the day and stated I would need my own "crew" to unload. I told them I had a crew on Monday, but SEF was a no show. I got attitude from the driver who said it couldn't be unloaded without a crew. I scrambled and rounded up 5 neighbors to give me a hand. As it turns out,not one of the "crew" were required. The driver was able to do it all by himself; so why create a drama and stress for no reason? I wouldn't recommend this company.
