  I was very impressed and extremely pleased by the employees and workers of your company, that worked on my move. Employees like Karla, who helped me schedule the move, but went above and beyond by staying later than her out time on a Sunday, in order to see my furniture, and then giving me her personal cell to video chat so that she could give me a better estimate and order the necessary materials to protect the mirrored furniture that I was moving. The crew that came to our home to move our furniture: Gerardo, Manuel and Jose. I am not impressed easily but these three gentlemen, were incredible. They came on time, worked efficiently, were respectful and moved my furniture with the kind of ease and concern you don't see much anymore these days. Needless to say, they were great, and I was more than happy to have them work on my move. I hope your company continues this level of service with this caliber of employees. I will definitly recommend your company to friends and family. Thank you

  the overall experience i had with exclaibur was pretty disappointing. i hired excalibur movers in aug 2021 for moving into my townhome from my apt. i hired the movers specifically as i had an expensive reclining bed. when the movers arrived, i specifically asked the movers if they need instructions to disassemble the reclining bed base, they said we will handle it. once we arrived at the townhome, the movers removed the storm door to help get the items inside the home. the movers could not move the reclining bed base upto the second floor as it wouldnt fit up the flight of stairs and they left the bed base in the main floor. they did not attempt to disaseemble the bed base and move tosecond floor and said they wouldnt be able to do it. they also left without reattaching the storm door. overall lot of work was left unfinished. they also damaged some of walls which was rectified. but i even contacted the manager and asked if they could help move the reclining bed to second floor and install the storm door but they never responded back.

  Thank you for providing us with feedback regarding your move. We apologies for all the hardships caused to you during your moving experience with our company. It is however important for us to let the public know that once notified with these issues, our team did address each and every one of them. A handyman was dispatched to repair the wall damage. A financial reimbursement arrangement was made with you in order to make you whole for your troubles. Our General manager took the time to hand deliver the reimbursement sum and apologies. Several weeks after we came to an agreement, you reached out again wanting to resolve the same issue. We informed you that unfortunately in our professional opinion the bed will not fit up the stairs and attempting to force it to fit, would cause further damages. We have done everything we could to go above and beyond to assist you with your concerns. We will take this additional feedback to continue to learn and grow as a company.

  Autum from the office was very responsive and easy to work with organizing my move even though my dates were constantly changing. The moving guys were professional, took care to protect my items, and were exceptionally fast. There were no hidden or last minute fees, and payment was quick and easy. Excalibur was not my lowest quote, but I'm incredibly satisfied with the work they did. It's worth paying a little extra for quality.
