The rental process was easy and painless. The unit was clean and ready when I arrived. The only complaint and this may not be the fault of management, was the fact that the area where our unit is smelled like someone had smoked weed in it just before our arrival. I would recommend them based on price and ease of the rental process.

I've had a unit at this location for a few years and have always received friendly and professional assistance from the staff. A week ago when I intended to close out my unit, Store Manager, Jay Madhav, was no exception. When I arrived, I realized I had the wrong key but after providing ID and completing some paperwork, Jay was able to drill out our lock making our 800 mile drive from Florida a success. Thanks, Jay for excellent service!
