We placed an order with Home Depot, and the shipment was to be delivered using YRC freight. We tracked the shipment until it arrived in Manassas. The shipment sat on the truck for days without anyone contacting us for delivery. Then days after the expected delivery someone called my husband to confirm delivery, even though we specifically said to contact me, as I am home. My husband did not answer as he is not able to at work. No one left a voicemail, because they said in an email , “ Outgoing message is in a foreign language however, it does identify Derek Ping in the message.” Since he did not answer the one time called, we received a nasty email from the company just after the phone call saying we would have to pay for storage or our items starting in about 10 hours. We emailed the company back- no response. I had to go and look up a number for the national office who assisted me in getting in touch with the Manassas office regarding the delivery. The local office is unhelpful and unprofessional. I will never order anything that has to be delivered by this company again.

Super easy to work with. People on the phone were really helpful. I was able to drive up, get my freight and take off. You WILL have to take any pallet or packaging your stuff comes with. Come with a vehicle with that task in mind

YRC delivered what was supposed to be a 4 package furniture order. When the driver arrived, he asked me to offload the heaviest packages and didn't deliver one of the 4 packages on his freight ticket. I didn't realize there were supposed to be 4 packages until about an hour after he left. It wasn't obvious on the delivery ticket he asked me to sign. I called YRC customer service and was told I should follow up with the merchant I ordered the furniture with. They claimed they didn't have the 4th package even though it was on their ticket. They seem to be a very dishonest company that doesn't want to take care of their customers.
