  I was lucky enough to have Rich help me with my storage unit. I spoke with him twice on the phone prior to coming in to rent the unit. Each time he was extremely knowledgeable and professional and very very kind. When I arrived at extra storage space he was there and was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed. It’s so nice to work with somebody who is so kind. Extra storage space is very lucky to have him. My unit was clean and just like he said large enough to hold my things.

  Rich was a amazing, once in a while you run across someone who is professional and Rich is the guy. We were locked out of our unit and Rich was kind enough to save the day. Rich is a really nice guy. I would highly recommend this place.

  I have been renting storage from extra-space on Rattlesnake-Hammock Rd for several months while waiting to close on my new home. I went in today because due to some unforeseen circumstances, I needed to change my storage size. Rich Howard was so patient while I explained my circumstances and helped me come to a solution to my problem. I was able to downsize my current unit and he found one that was convenient for me, as well as the most cost efficient for me. I could not be more appreciative of his patience and help. Let’s face it, moving is stressful- and Rich made it as easy as possible.
