Was given a quote from Hilton and come to find out they were not accurate. Blamed on us and charged us . Had given many referrals in the 10 plus years knowing Mr Hilton, never again!

We are truly sorry there was an issue with this move, at Hilton Moving and Storage we do our best to estimate the weight on long distance moves and this entire move was based strictly on the weight. When we heard there was an issue, we immediately tried to help in any way we could and help was refused. We asked if you wanted to dispute the weight with our long distance partner (Stevens) and help was again refused. The management and staff at Hilton Moving and Storage are focused on customer support and work hard to prevent any miscommunication.

My mom was moving from a house to a condo. She's a senior who can only do so much so it was all hands on deck! Hilton's crew helped pack the house up and then move her the next day. Both crews were so friendly and professional - can't say enough good things about them. This was the 2nd time our family used them (first job was very small), but 1st time for a "real" move. Hilton Moving is fairly priced and there were no hidden expenses at the end of the move. Would definitely use again!

We could not have been more satisfied with the professional service provided by Jim, Buddy, Alex and John Paul for our recent move. It was seamless from start to finish. This was a move from a 2200 SF fully furnished house with many valuable pieces and their packing techniques were excellent.Thank you so much for the "red carpet" treatment.
