  Amazing service! And that's not something I would typically say about a storage rental business, but the two employees here have gone above and beyond to help me and my family through a very difficult situation. We recently experienced a house fire and they were very sympathetic and kind. We ended up having to rent 4 units and they were so quick to take of our needs. Thank you so much. I will most definitely recommend this location and use again if we are ever in need.

  They are amazing at the J. Clyde Morris Blvd. location in Newport News, Virginia. Ms.Tammy Nelson is awesome. She explains everything in detail and makes sure you are 100% informed about everything before you leave. She is extremely helpful, and informative. Ms.Tammy has a wonderful personality, and a beautiful soul. Mr. Jesse Brady is really nice as well, he was also very helpful, nice, kind, and friendly.

  They were great helped me to figure out what options I had so I wouldn't leave Extra Space after being here for 7 years. They didn't make me feel like I was just renter 803. The 2 of you were awesome. Thanks again Tammy
