  This was my first time storing items in a place like this but I’ve heard of plenty of other horror stories from family members who have put their personal items in storage so I was a little worried what condition my new sofa from Downeast would be in when I took it out 6-8 months later. It was still perfect. No problems, no mice, no water damage! I was so happy!!! I was also so happy that Carrie worked with me when it came with matching price with other competitor prices so I could keep my items in her storage unit. Thanks, Carrie. I would definitely recommend your storage location to everyone! Extremely happy!

  I've been going through this storage company for over 2 years now! I love it and management is very professional. My bill did raise 40 dollars but I was able to work it out with their site manager Carrie Shelby! She was able to get me a better rate and it was only raised by $15! Thanks Carrie and thanks Extra space storage! You guys rock!!!!

  Amazing customer service!!! Carrie and her team went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect with my storage unit! This is the 2nd time I have used Extra Storage, in two different states. Their facilities are clean and secure and they worked with me to be sure the arrival, unloading and storage of my personal items went smoothly!
