  The best part of our moving experience was that we didn't have to lift a finger. The movers did exceptional work! When we told them to put certain boxes/large furniture somewhere, they listened. They were very quick about the job that needed to be done as well. The move got done within the timeframe we set and the price was about the average it cost anywhere else. We would highly recommend Family Movers Express! Thank you for an amazing move.

  I was going to review this company for the exceptional job they did moving large furniture. Everything seemed so great that day. No dents, nothing broken, no scratches ... it was a great day. But, all of a sudden, we started getting a call from the bank about fraudulent charges. At first, we ignored it thinking it was a scam and continued unpacking. When we finally decided to respond, they asked us if our credit cards were with us. We thought it might be dislocated somewhere in the boxes so we weren't too much alarmed. But, after most unpacking was done, we discovered our credit cards along with very sentimental jewellery was stolen. We called the manager but refused to give us the full names of the movers.

  As explained on the phone, you did your own packing. We did not pack anything for you, just picked up boxes and furnture and placed on the truck, and as you said they did a great job. The crew that came to you are veterans and they do 15-20 jobs a week. It's very easy to assume and blame our crew but you did your own packing, you checked the truck when they finished unloading and gave them a tip. Our crew has not stolen anything, guaranteed. They have serviced 5 customers after you, with no problems or complaints. Assuming it was our crew does not make it true

  We just had this company move our household for us. The movers who came out were very professional and took care to make sure nothing got damaged. They were on time as agreed and very pleasant to be around. The price was exactly as quoted. No games involved. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for this kind of service.
