I've had a package attempted to be deliver four times in the last three weeks and was even sent back once because deliver drivers from this location for some reason, can't read or too lazy to drop off a package. We gave all information to enter a building and the FedEx employee can't walk up stairs or take the elevator to correct apartment to get a signature. Instead they're lazy and put the business is closed.

Packaged updated to early delivery for sunday. Package delayed every single day this week "operational delay" or "weather delay". Going on Thursday to receive this package. No option to hold package at location. I'm positive this is due to a lazy driver scared of my country road. UPS and USPS have no issues at all making deliveries here. Garbage service, i will gladly pay more to avoid your subpar delivery service. Have an awful day, Thanks.

I would've appreciated some honesty while waiting days for an important package. People make mistakes. We should've been told that the package was misrouted so that arrangements could've been made to pick it up at the hub. The customer service at the hub was great. Thanks.
