Plus if they need you they will force you to work odd shifts if anyone calls off or "quits" causing huge disruptions in sleep patterns "then write you up if it's not safe for you to drive due to lack of sleep." You also may be forced into working weekends. Wonder why the turnover rate is so high is because they expect unrealistic expectations. The corporate, and dispatching is just terrible. Now all the delayed delivery comments on here make sense suddenly lol. I was happy to be looking for a new job before my departure, honestly was a waste of time and loss of money."
