  Excellent Company- great experience The Flat rate junk removal is an awesome company. They made my move an easy transition. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and friendly. It was an easy and great experience. I definitely would recommend them.

  Easy to book. Great price. Great guys that clear away. Avi and Kareem were very pleasant, worked quickly and polite. They cleaned everything up after themselves. Will definitely use them again

  They were very quick to come out to give me an estimate (this was for an office) and then to come back for removal of file cabinets and other items put in construction bags. They did tell me depending on the weight of the bags there would be an extra which is fine. My mistake was trusting them about pricing. I was moving out and not looking at the detail on the work order and I signed away. However, I told them after they left I didn't a copy of that work order. I was told they would back to do so (they also left behind copies the work order of 2 other customers). They never came back. I called about getting my copy since I had to complete a work order and just complete my report. I called and they'd get back to me. My deposit wasn't accounted for in the charge. I wrote 2x and no response. Called back - sorry, will give a credit and said they didn't have a copy of the work order. Called again and said they'd send it. Nothing yet. Be very careful and make sure you get a copy of your work - be diligent and make sure they account for the deposit.
