  Last spring I employed this company to pack a part of my household after it was sold. We had already moved to another state and since my husband is disabled, I could not not leave him and return to pack the remainder of our belongings. The packers did not bring the boxes required for packing. For example, I told them ahead of time that there was a lot of clothing which would require wardrobe boxes. They only brought 2 with them. As a result, they crammed the two with clothes and the rest, literally, threw our clothes into medium square boxes. As a result, everything was so wrinkled, including leather jackets, that it had to ironed, sent to the cleaners or permanently damaged. Many, non clothing items, were damaged and things were broken. An example is artificial plants were placed on the bottom of boxes and heavy items on top of them. And if you have priced these items recently, they are very expensive. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture, I would have been better off hiring an elementary school group of children to pack!!

  They were on time. Finished my packing, loaded everything, delivered the next day on time again. They even loaded some things in my car and took some trash out. They unloaded my car when they delivered my things. They were professional, friendly, respectful, and they made a stressful time better My son and daughter in law are VIP movers for Atlas and have moved me several times so I know a good mover. This is one . I’m 82 years old and it’s very stressful to have to move but they really helped. Only 2 companies returned my call and the first one backed out after wasting my time for 4 days. Kenny returns calls, gives a flat rate and is very helpful.

  A+ company! My mother used this moving company from NC to FL. Right in the middle of Christmas and New Years! Their team of movers where very helpful in processing everything from packing to transport to a storage unit. Where it sat for a few months. Yet found most everything in perfect order to transport out of storage and place in its new home. My mother ran into a problem with another moving company and the owners here at Friends Moving were very kind and understanding of trying to help me resolve an issue, still pending.. although the helpful information and family owned business is a blessing to work with! Thank you-The Cupids ~ I would highly recommend this company for all your moving needs! Thanks again, Lisa
