  My husband and I have done not one but two very successful moves with GG. We cannot believe their kindness, flexibility and efficiency starting with the office move coordinators to the movers themselves. I hope I never ever have to move again because I hate it so so much…..but if I do, there is no one else I would even consider.

  This was the first time we used Gentle Giant. With the experience we had, this will be the only moving company I personal consider moving forward. We had an extremely difficult task for the company and they exceeded expectations. For a new home construction, Gentle Giant accepted in our behalf a window order (a truck load full of windows, a couple of thousands of pounds in weight). They accepted the order, made an inventory with images, identified damages and communicated everything back to us. For a couple of months, they kept the order at reasonable price in storage for us. At the day of the delivery, the crew showed up in time and unloaded the fragile goods without any issues through a construction zone into the house without any damages. Everyone we interacted was professional, clear communication, no hidden fees.
