  TERRIBLE. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Extremely unprofessional. Arrived 2 hours late. Then tried to charge me an additional $200 on top of an hourly rate that was given. DO NOT spend your money with these people.

  DO NOT USE GEORGIA EXPRESS MOVERS. If I could give them a negative star, I would. I scheduled for a move and they double booked my 8:00am appointment. Antonio called and told me that he would be running late and needed to push the time back to 12:00. Noon came and went and I heard nothing, I called him back and after numerous calls, he answered to tell me that he didn't know when he was coming. He then gave me two options: 1. We could reschedule for tomorrow or 2. He could give me my refund back and I could rent Uhaul and do it myself. I chose to do it myself instead of risking another broken promise. He reassures me that I will get my deposit refunded by the end of the night. Once again, Antonio broke his word. Now weeks have gone by and there has been no communication with me. In fact, he has dodged my calls. Bottom line, Antonio is a fraud and he is not trustworthy. I ended up having to dispute the transaction on PayPal to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable moving company.

  They called me at 8am and said they were an hour away. 2 hours went by they said they were in traffic and sent a picture IT WAS NO TRAFFIC.. it is now 4 hours later and they aren’t responding or texting back and all the business numbers I’m calling are not connecting. Never again.
