DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely Horrible experience. About 1.5hrs into to the move the two guys started arguing on how they should load up the truck, then they started cursing at each other and then they would not work as a team the rest of the move. One of them had horrible attitude the rest of the move and he was on his cell phone for 20 plus minutes, while the other one worked. He was on and off his cell phone multiple times throughout the move. I was asked several times to help them load certain larger items onto the truck. They did not even wrap my stainless steel refrigerator, I had to insist that they wrap it. They did not pack the truck properly, so all my items did not fit onto the truck; and I did not have that much to move. I had to rent another truck the next day, to move the rest of my items. At the new home they did damage brand new hardwood floors, both up and down stairs. They did damage a few pieces of furniture, and they also put a huge dent/gash into the front of my refrigerator that is less than a year old. The last two hours of the move, I had to help the other guy unload the rest of the truck; because the guy with the horrible attitude said that he had enough and was not going to work anymore. I called Rodriguez to see if he could send another guy as a replacement and he said he would check into it and call me back, but he never called back. I had to keep helping Michael unload the truck, because I had no choice and I was being charged by the hour. When we were done moving, he wanted me to sign the ticket with the charges and with a stop time. I told him I did not want to sign the ticket, because they were only willing to take $57 off of my bill, but he said if I did not sign the ticket then the time would keep adding up. Michael told me I needed to speak to Rod about any disputes, so I called Rodriguez and he said I needed to speak to Robert. So I called Robert multiple times over the last few weeks and I have never received a returned call. He did send me a brief email once, and said he was unable to speak to me on the phone, because he was out of town and had horrible service. I have emailed him a couple of times with no returned emails and he would not address the issues. The company, staff, and management are very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are a complete rip off.

Just wrong all around. The blankets they use to wrap your furniture has bedbugs and they will bring them to your house. Movers will break your furniture. Owner hires random help to do the labor so be mindful of your belongings, they might end up missing. Company is definitely not worth the problems that it brings.

We sold our house faster than expected and were scrambling to get our moving arrangements together. Once we called these people set me and more importantly my wife, at ease. They worked with our particular needs to simply get it done. So much more than I expected. I will never call another moving and will always refer them. Thanks guys. This review is the least I could do!
