  I don't like to give anyone a bad review but this company has left me no other choice. My wife and I have tried multiple times to contact the owner with no response. At first he seemed sincere but now totally ignores us. That's why I have waited so long to post anything I was hoping this would be resolved by now! We made a long distance move from the Tampa, Florida area to Charlotte North Carolina this past Summer. After taking quotes and meeting with several moving company's we choose this one, because they had great reviews and the owner was professional in person. When their team first arrived at our home last July; to pack our home, there was a large crew and we felt comfortable with them. However, all the troubles started when they arrived a few months later to our North Carolina home. While it took several trucks to move our stuff into their storage facility, they only showed up with one small truck at our new residence. My wife quickly told them it can't be our stuff and their staff argued with her that it had to be all of it. In fact demanded the remainder of the payment in order to unload what little they brought. Of course; not to our surprise, they forgot most of our belongings...We also thought is was odd because it was only pieces of each room, like a mattress but no bed, a piece of the couch, ETC...and many items were damaged beyond repair. We spoke with the owner that afternoon who apologized and said they would give us a partial refund and assured us they would deliver the rest of the goods. We had to wait several more days for a second truck, which brought more damaged goods, and again still missing a lot of our stuff. At this point we were extremely frustrated and the owner basically stopped responding to our concerns. In fact we bought additional insurance coverage that they offered and tried to make a claim to find out that they illegally sold us insurance that they can't even offer. Needless to say we have thousands of dollars in damages, insurance that they sold us that is worthless and many hours of frustration with absolutely no response from this company. It has been 7 months of aggravation with no end in site.

  Michael and the office staff were amazing. The packing crew and the moving crew were top notch. I have moved many many times. This is my 1st time using a family owned business, I just get treated completely different. I highly recommend them. I'm unpacking now and there has not been one broken item.

  i WAS SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS MOVE. tHE WORKERS ASKED FOR A TIP WHEN THEY WERE DONE AND I WAS EMBARRASSED.tHEN OUR STUFF WENT TO TAMPA FOR 3 DAYS TILL THEY STARTED TO GEORGIA. tHEIR TRUCK BROKE DOWN 3 TIMES AND NEVER EVEN COMMUNICATED WITH ME. i HAD LOTS OF THINGS MISSING AND BROKEN. iT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT A PRICE ON THINGS, WHEN YOU BOUGHT THEM OR HOW MUCH THEY WEIGHED. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR STUFF YOU ARE AT THEIR MERCY.MAYBE MY STUFF WAS ONLY WORTH A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS BUT I CAN NEVER REPLACE THEM.THEIR WORKERS WERE VERY RUDE AND CARELESS.I cannot believe the response from this company, i dont know who wrote my reply but they are wrong. How do you know how long my stuff was in mini storage and how do you know who moved it? We knew the movers very well and the truck never left our site for 1 minute. they moved everything into my home and i did not realize things till later. I had some things broke but was overlooking them things happen, but things missing is not right.If this is how you handle people i wish you the best, i just want to know where my stuff is , its gone and no one on this end took it.I am not trying to bash your company i will never use again, but get your fact right.

  We are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. There are some facts misrepresented here, the truck did have mechanical issues and the repair shop was closed on Mothers Day, delaying the shipment by two days. We communicated this to you immediately and since the items were going to your mini storage, not a home, we had no understanding this would impact you in any way. Since the items went to your mini storage, and then months later were moved into your new home by another moving company, we don't feel it is fair to be leaving negative feedback or blaming our moving company, also since you were present when we unloaded your shipment months ago and made no mention of any damage or issues until the other moving company delivered your items.
