PROFICIENT/EFFICIENT, COMMUNICATIVE, PERSONALBE, AND PROFESSIONAL! I stood in my storage unit with my things all around me trying to figure out what I was going to do with "ALL THIS STUFF"! Through a referral I found myself talking to Handle With Care Packaging Store. Within in 24 hours, my storage unit was cleared out, items were wrapped, and put on a truck! Within 3 days, my shipment arrived at my home 1000 miles away! I cannot say enough about Rick (proprietor) and his office mate as to how they handled my needs. The proficiency and knowledge base was impressive. The packaging of things left no room for damage. Pricing was reasonable. Quick response and immediate shipment resulted in a happy customer!

TLDR: Auction shipping= Extortion. I should have known better and done my homework. I won a small $15 item in an auction, which contracts with Handle with Care. The item was shippable in a small fixed rate USPS priority box for less than $10. The Handling Store cost? $62. Come on, I believe in covering your cost and fair profit, but that was plain opportunistic extortion. Auction bidders, learn from my mistake.

I had an excellent experience working with Rick on having a bunch of items I won at an online auction shipped from Roanoke to San Diego. I won quite a few items (250lbs of stuff!) that cost me a decent amount. Rick went and picked up my items, gave me options for shipping and got the items sent out quickly. Communication was excellent and I felt totally at ease with Rick handling everything. I will absolutely do business with Rick and the Packaging Store again if the need arises!
