Made a reservation for a truck a week in advance. Showed up to get the truck, and was told they had no record of my reservation. Which put a serious strain on me for time. Was offered nothing for their screw up. The guy at the counter was ignorant, stupid and rude. Worst experience I've ever had renting a moving truck. Will never recommend you to anyone ever.
