  This was my second time using Hercules. In the past they were very professional and responsible. This time however I do not know what has happened to their company. First off I was accidentally booked for 2 days. Then I had to clarify with Alex that it was Larry’s mistake and I only needed one day. Then Larry told him I was moving the size of an apartment. However I was moving into a three-story three bedroom three bath townhome. They tried to show up at 5:30 PM to begin my move. Everyone refused to answer the phone because they knew we were upset. luckily after 10 different calls the dispatcher was able to get a hold of the movers coming and they were able to get there by 4:30pm. Late but still doable. The movers did a good job and were quick. However they did damage shatter a mirrored desk. This desk cost over $2000. For which I was paid out $90. They also damaged my walls. I made sure they noted it on the bill of landing they disputed the insurance claim and I had to go back and give another copy of the bill of landing with it circled where they had wrote the damage. For the damage to wall I was paid $200. I still have not received this money and I moved the beginning of May. I try to not even file a claim for the wall repair because I still have the original paint. And initially they had stated that they would take care of it and I should speak with him before filing the claim. They emphasize speaking with them before filing the claim however I phoned at least five times and emailed over 10 with no response. Therefore I went ahead and filed the claim anyway. But again $90 for something that cost $2500 is ridiculous. The lack of communication in this company is over the top. They are extremely unprofessional and will straight up ignore your calls. Do not use unless you don’t care about your stuff getting broken or ever getting a response.

  We used Hercules Movers & Packers to move to our new house. Amazing service! Don’t hesitate, this is THE COMPANY to do your move. Best if you asked to have Alberto, Ricardo & Ignacio to render your service. They are absolutely professional and helpful. Great people, great service. Congratulations and thank you!

  I rarely write reviews, but I could not miss the chance to do so about this company. Hercules has moved the contents of my house 3 times. The first 2 moves were to storage units and then the 3rd move was long distance (over 200 miles). I am so impressed with the employees of this company! The office staff (I worked with Edward and Shani) exhibited exemplary customer service skills! I contacted them multiple times in the planning process, and they were patient and responsive each time. If they needed to collect additional information, they called me back quickly. The moving team, on all 3 moves were professional, efficient and extremely careful with my furniture and other items. When necessary, they would provide additional wrapping or protection to ensure my possessions would not be damaged. On this last long move, 6 guys met me at the storage unit at 7:00am. In 2.5 hours they loaded the contents of a 3-bedroom house into the truck. Their packing skills were magic! No wasted space, no item in a precarious position! Three gentlemen (Arturo, Robert, and Ever) brought the truck to the new house. They gave me their phone number so that we could stay in contact during the trip. Once they arrived at the house, the team worked with precision to not just unpack the truck, but to ensure that each item was placed in the appropriate room. They unwrapped the furniture that had been so carefully protected and even put felt furniture pads on the legs of all furniture before they placed it on my new wood floors. There is absolutely nothing they could have done to improve their work...they were exemplary! By the time they left my house, they had already worked a 12-hour day and they were still just as cheerful and polite as they had been at 7:00am! I have no reservations about recommending this company for your move! They have set a high bar in the moving business! --Ginger
