Where do I even begin. I'm prior military so maybe I'm a little tough but there is and SHOULD still be a level of professionalism that should be kept at all times. I GURANTEE YOU their warehouse where they store their assets is UNORGANIZED. They constantly said my stuff was lost in Transition. I went to their location and seen how they ran their organization and I can tell you first hand. They do not have the qualified people working there. I found my asset packed under other assets in their warehouse. They wanted to charge me again for something that is out of my control. No apology or anything. I don't just point out flaws I also give solutions as well. POINT2POINT PLEASE READ BELOW. 1. Organize your warehouse 2. Organize where you run you delivery routes into sections. 3. Hire qualified personnel (preferably military w/ experience in warehousing) 4. Stick to your word. 5. Trucks need to be in an orderly manner. 6. Provide your employees with the tools for the job 7. Hold yourselves accountable for poor service. 8. Your customers satisfaction should be part of your CONCERN not just tips and dollars. 9. Pay attention to your reviews. It reflects on your LEADERSHIP. 10. STOP WORKING UNDERMANNED!!

Thank you for your feedback Junior. I'm sorry to hear about the experience you had and want to assure you that this is not our usual standard of service. I've passed along your review to our warehouse team so they can take appropriate action and make sure they're better prepared when handling future deliveries.

Verified multiple times a scheduled delivery. Called the day prior to confirm secondary to challenges taking off work. Company called me the day of relating my items were not able to fit on the truck and needed to be rescheduled two weeks from the original delivery date. They related poor planning as they load their trucks the day of according to their route and do not take the size of cargo into consideration for planning prior to the day of delivery. This results in several customers who are planning to receive items needing to reschedule as they do not fit. If you use this company; you cannot depend on a scheduled date because they do not plan. They load items and it’s a guessing game as to if yours will actually make it on the delivery truck. If you live in rural towns, they will wait until they have other items to deliver to you therefore if you are the lucky one that is rescheduled, it will be several days to weeks before you’ll get your item.

Ordered a couch from Modani. Never got it. They never gave me a 30 minute courtesy call. AND they were late. They never called my phone after giving them the correct number several times. The number they called was my mother's who missed the call by 5 minutes. Customer service says they were outside for 15 minutes. So you telling me that they couldn't figure it how to return a phone call within those 15 minutes? And my mother kept calling back and they didn't pick up. She had call receipts. Some one is lying. I believe the driver just wanted to go home since it was already after 5. Although they never called me I'm the one who called customer service around 4:30 because I noticed the delivery window closing. I was on hold for about an hour and got an answer at around 5:20 that they are delayed and new ETA is around 6, 6:30 at the latest. Never came to my knowledge and I went to sit outside at the front just to wait for them. The next day customer service says they took pictures at 5:30. Where was any of the communication??? Internal or external? Now they're saying the next redelivery would be 2 weeks from now. Absolutely not. That's entirely unacceptable. Your screw up, you need to fix it. I shouldn't be 2 weeks without a couch because you can't do your job efficiently and correctly. It seems like customer service is given the same information we are given as far as tracking and don't even have a direct line to the drivers. Now I have to pick up my own furniture because that's the only alternative I have. This company does not accommodate or make up for their mistakes. Do not use this service if possible.

Alice, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear that our delivery team did not live up to expectations and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I've shared your feedback with their manager who will be addressing it with them internally and ensuring they are better prepared in future. Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention so we could take corrective action.
