The employees are friendly. The company is pretty disorganized and there is not much training for new employees. Talk to the local terminal manager before you hire on. The recruiters and the local staff are not connected in anyway.

Had a pool delivery scheduled between certain hours, took off work just to be there. Holland called and specifically scheduled the time. I called after our appointment time and the receptionist informs me it never got on a truck and she doesn't know who shouldve called to let us know. Absolutely unprofessional!!
