FANTASTIC company to work for. I loved my time with this company. The workplace culture at US TransLoco is incredible. Management is super friendly, understanding, and patient. It was nice calling dispatch and not having to tell them who they were talking to. Randall is probably the nicest dispatcher on the planet. Mike and Eric L. were always on point with any driver or payroll questions and issues. Erik the safety director is firm, but fair and patient. All these guys in the office are the gold standard in which all companies should model their office crew after. I cannot say enough about them. I was a regional driver. I lived 70 miles from the terminal. I drove in every Monday morning, and started running. I was home every Friday night, sometimes sooner. Then I would drive 70 miles home. The commute didn't bother me ONE BIT. That's how much I enjoyed working for this company. Those who live in the Evansville area get home during the week for their 10 hour breaks frequently. The pay was good, and the bonus money was easily attainable. They have plenty of miles and freight, and will keep you moving. If you like running hard, they will oblige you. I did not take their health benefits so I cannot comment on price or quality. The trucks are all new(er) automatics. Governed speed is 70. The trailers are in excellent condition. They allow pets, and have a rider policy. Accessorial pay is solid. The ONLY reason I left was because a home daily opportunity was offered to me in the city I live.

Eric and David are both great people. They will help in anyway possible to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. There drivers are also very professional, and have lots of experiance. I highly recommend them for any needs you may have.
