We have been doing business with Holland since 2005 and I have always recommended them. They are great as long as you don't have a problem, but when you do don't count on customer service. We have been shipping a part for years via USF Holland. For some reason this past shipment they decided that the weight we gave them was incorrect. The same weight we have always used and always weigh before shipping. No matter what paperwork we have presented it is "not accepted" as proof of weight even though they have no proof of their weight. It's not the money, it's the impertinent attitude of their rep Lisa VanDyke that is so appalling. ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service!!!!!!! Shameful.

Your drivers have a lot to learn about professional courtesy. When they swap trailers at 3:00am in truck stops, they need to do it away from those of us who are trying to sleep. I guess they don't worry about noise when they sleep in their beds at home, so why be courteous to OTR drivers, right?
