Very clean business and good management my place of work freight company

Wish I could do ZERO stars. Will not be doing any more business with them. Damaged an expensive piece of equipment we purchased for our business. We had it shipped with their Secure Divider Program, but since they never touched the product, it excused their driver from any reckless driving. I have before and after photos of how our piece of equipment looked going into the truck and coming out. All I received was a note saying my claim was denied and that was it.
