Initially had a good experience with this company until I noticed that they lost a bookshelf that had been in my family for over 20 years, as well as every single book I own. These items are now sitting in a warehouse somewhere in Seattle and there is no one for me to contact to get them back. The phone number that has been on file for the company is the personal cell phone of someone who no longer works there. No one answers the admin account emails and the office staff has stopped responding to me. I fully intend to get my items back, so I guess the next step will be a claim on my insurance. I feel that I have been easy to work with and have allowed them 6 months to correct this issue. I will no longer have a problem contacting your personal cell phones every single day until I get a response.

If you're looking for some great local movers I highly recommend Huskies Movers! I needed to move oversized items from one unit to another within the same apartment complex and Huskies Movers did not disappoint. I was provided a two man team, Jamel and Keven. Both guys were super friendly, respectful, professional and efficient in moving my belongings. The entire move process was smooth and stress free. I will definitely be returning for their services if I ever need to move again.

It was very easy to schedule! Jamel was accommodating and flexible. In fact, he offered extra time for packing the day before the move, when he sensed I was behind schedule 😀 It was super helpful when he dropped off uniform heavy duty boxes for packing. So awesome not to have to monkey with locating moving boxes. The move went quickly and smoothly. I appreciated the assurances that they’d make sure everything got done so I didn’t have to stress. They know about customer service!
