  Beware !!! For we got our 50" Television screen Crack and a few items disappear. We live at a Jacksonville Housing and during renovations we were moved around. During this time my self and many others residents ended up missing items and also there were lots of items that were broken. If the Jacksonville Housing would had done a check they would have found that this is an ongoing issues with this company. For when I check their ratings they had many complains with the same issues. They think no one would follow-up , but they got the wrong one this time for I am taking them to court. Company's like this have to be held liable and let them know and people are not going to put up with this behavior. They need to start by running background checks. During this ordeal I have found out many things about the company and the many complaints . Be wise and always check for their ratings and prior complaints to avoid this , on our case Jacksonville Housing did the hiring so I feel they should be responsible for the damages and missing items.

  A HUGE THANK YOU to Jacksonville Elite Movers. I moved from a two story condo on the second and third floors to a house. Stairs are not a friend to well anyone but especially when you're moving large heavy furniture. They handle every single step professionally and always with a smile on their face and a great attitude. They wrapped my furniture, disassembled anything that needed to be along with reassembling it at the new location. Not one single scratch, dent or mark of any sort on any wall or piece of furniture. I hope to never move again or at least not for a very long time but if and when I do no doubt in my mind I will call Adrian and his crew to help me. Thank you again Adrian and Sean !! I really do appreciate all your hard work.

  Jacksonville Elite Movers were absolutely wonderful if I need to move again will definitely use them. The ladies in the office were so nice, very understanding and explained everything. The gentleman who arrived to complete the move were 100% professional and on time!Jacksonville Elite Movers went above and beyond our expectations and I absolutely recommended them.
